The 19 new supported living dwellings for people with learning difficulties, mental health, or bariatric care requirements will also bring a vacant site back into use.
The garden-centred design is based around traditional street and courtyard forms, encouraging residents to interact with outdoors and build relationships for mutual support in a secure and safe environment.
