David offers clients a breadth of built environment professional experience spanning architecture, landscape architecture and planning. Before setting up BSBA Architects in 2011, David was a partner at Browne Smith Baker LLP Architects and worked on a range of high-profile schemes as an Associate at CZWG Architects in London. As well as being a Chartered Architect, David holds a master’s degree in City Planning from the University of Manitoba in Canada, has published work in the professional press in the UK and Canada, and exhibited in the prestigious Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in London. David is former Chair of the RIBA Teesside Branch and member of the RIBA Regional Council. David has led award-winning design and masterplanning teams for residential projects across the north-east, including a range of specialist supported accommodation schemes.
