Project Description:

This masterplan for a new community-focused Stockton neighbourhood on a currently vacant brownfield site was submitted for an Outline Planning Approval during 2019.

​

The mix of over 600 market and affordable dwellings offers a choice of entry-level homes, family homes, and independent-living older person accommodation, including apartments, bungalows and extra-care living, all within easy walking distance of the Stockton urban centre.

 

The layout is based around a mixed-use centre offering older person-themed services, including a bistro, gym, mini-market, hair & beauty salon, and community meeting rooms.

Place-making initiatives include the village-centre plaza, urban design set-pieces and a variety of character areas.
