Joseph Collins House offers a choice of 42 apartment homes for older persons in a convenient central Jarrow location.

 

Completed in 2016 for South Tyneside Housing Ventures, the apartment building is carefully designed to fit in with the existing neighbourhood. Using traditional pitched roofs, brick, and tiles in a contemporary manner, the design steps in height to complement its one-, two-, and three-storey neighbours.
