Graham Court, Sacriston, for Karbon Homes offers socially sustainable living in the heart of the village’s established community.

Replacing outdated sheltered accommodation, the scheme delivers a mix of 25 high-quality entry-level, family, and “empty nester” new homes on a 0.55-hectare brownfield site. The stepped site layout incorporates generous private gardens, a central pocket park, and new tree planting to enhance biodiversity and amenity. The scheme is Homes England-funded and designed to meet Nationally Described Space Standards, Building for Life 12 principles, and Secured by Design guidance.
