School View is mixed housing scheme providing 11 family homes and 8 supported young-parent housing apartments.

 

A courtyard layout creates a safe, welcoming community feel with a variety of individual dwellings of contemporary character. Materials were chosen to complement the existing established Durham residential neighbourhood.

 

School View was shortlisted for the Chartered Institute of Housing Awards in 2014.
