This landscape-led, residential development is carefully designed to fit within the mature tree belts of the triangular historic landscape south of the former Grindon Hall.

Completed in 2018, the resulting scheme offers a superb parkland character.

The 77 new homes – of which 42 homes are affordable homes for the Thirteen Group – are one-storey or two-storey to fit in with the existing neighbourhood. The housing mix includes bungalows for over-55s, two-storey family houses, two-storey walk-up apartments, and supported accommodation suites for persons with learning difficulties.
