Submitted for planning approval during June-19, BoHoZone North will be the latest addition to Middlesbrough’s digital sector, helping transform Middlehaven into a mixed-use development of national significance.

​

The 40-unit, Homes England-funded apartment building for the Thirteen Housing Group offers a choice of live-work and affordable-rent homes targetting younger professionals, delivering much-needed quality housing in the high-profile Middlehaven regeneration area as part of the BoHo initiative to create a digital, creative and business hub for the Tees Valley.

As a contemporary mansion block, BoHoZone North offers higher-density, civic development at a human scale. The design creates an ‘active’ frontage at street level and features roof garden-themed, duplex accommodation on the second floor with ‘pop-up’ workspaces.
