Riverside Apartments offers 48 older-person homes in an attractive, garden setting with seaside character in South Shields.

 

The choice of bright, safe, accessible and convenient apartments includes upper-storey homes with views across the River Tyne.

 

Completed in 2017 for South Tyneside Housing Ventures, the contemporary landmark building aims to help deliver the vision set out in the South Tyneside Urban Design Framework for ‘a better future for South Tyneside people’.
